Development training for educators and administrators to create change in the classrooms
 
Educators completing this training will learn the fundamental components to create a behavior change in the classrooms. It will enable educators to identify and modify behavior patterns and parental revelation.The training will assist educators in recognizing signs, symptoms, and behavior patterns of at-risk students and mental health issues in children and parents.It highlights the possible consequences of emotional issues, behavioral concerns, and “parental alienation” as it relates to the classroom. It gives an overview of responsibilities, learned behaviors, and non-violent crisis interventions. Educators will have come away with methods, skills and understanding to be aware of “parental alienation” collusion and the damage it creates for both parents and students.The training will facilitate a ripple effect intervention for educators and administrators with an approach and the knowledge they need to strengthen students and parents in the era of mental and emotional behavior issues. The course consists of interrelated materials, work-shop documentation, informational websites, and is designed to accomplish objectives that train educators in the general understanding of behavior changes. This course is approved by Texas Education Association (TEA). All educators taking the course will receive 6 CPE’s.
 
The training is lead by Children 4 Tomorrow's certified and trained experts, which involves activities and discussions in a relaxed and engaging manner. The training created and based primarily on the research and work of Children 4 Tomorrow.
