The C4T Restoring & Rebuilding Clinic provides essential support for children who have suffered from emotional and psychological abuse, as well as childhood trauma. Our clinic offers these children a unique opportunity to make a significant and positive change in their lives through professional counseling with a licensed therapist. This comprehensive program is designed to address the emotional challenges that hinder a child's growth into a healthy adult.

We charge on a sliding scale and we also extend our services to adults in need of support. Legal Proceedings & Therapist Testimony

When a Children 4 Tomorrow therapist is requested or required to participate in a legal proceeding, including a hearing, deposition, or trial, a minimum professional fee of $5,000.00 applies.

Travel time and reasonable travel expenses are additional.

Payment does not guarantee or influence any particular testimony, clinical opinion, recommendation, or outcome.   

Health Records & Consumer Complaints
                  Children 4 Tomorrow is committed to protecting consumer rights and privacy
 

Requesting Health Care Records

Consumers may request access to their health care records by contacting C4T. Request may be submitted by email, mail, or in-person. Proper identification and/or written authorization may be required. Records are provided in accordance with application state and federal law.

Licensing & Oversight
C4T and its service providers are regulated by applicable Texas licensing and oversight authorities. Consumers may contact the appropriate licensing or disciplinary authority for additional information.

Filing a Complaint
Consumers may file a complaint regarding services received by contacting Chidlren 4 Tomorrow directly. Consumers may also file a complaint with the appropriate Texas regulatory in accordance with Texas Health & Safety Code 181.103. 
Payments may be made here for Children 4 Tomorrow clinical services and court-related services.
